Service Level Agreement Criteria
Define a criteria to measure service level agreements (e.g. Quality, Delivery meets Promised date, ..)

SLA標準 タブのフィールド
Section titled “SLA標準 タブのフィールド”Define a criteria to measure service level agreements (e.g. Quality, Delivery meets Promised date, ..). If you define a process class, it need to implement org.compiere.sla.SLACriteria (see example)
